Rinse Pimp 20 Refill Instructions

Resin exhaustion is indicated once the TDS meter reading reaches 20ppm or more.

Step 1

Remove the cap [fig 1]

Step 2

Connect the hoses to both tap adapters [fig 2] as you would during normal use but ensuring the spray gun is closed to stop water flowing through.

Step 3

Turn on the tap slowly and wash the resin into the bucket [fig 3]. Wait for the water to change from straw coloured to clear (resin free), then turn off the tap and pour the water out of the Rinse Pimp 20.

Step 4

Place the funnel into the Rinse Pimp 20 as shown [fig 4] and place resin into the funnel, add a little water to aid the resin flow [fig 5 & 6].  When the Rinse Pimp 20 is filled replace the cap and then it is ready to be used.

For best results and to extend the resin life we recommend the following:

• Do not use in conjunction with a pressure washer

• Keep flow rate to a minimum (we recommend about 2 litres per minute)

• Use water from the Rinse Pimp 20 sparingly, only use enough water to re-wet all surfaces

• Mount vertically and feed water from the top each time so that the water travels through the resin in the same direction.

• When a refill is required it is indicated by a TDS meter reading in excess of 20ppm. The TDS meter is shown below and is supplied with the Rinse Pimp 20. To use the TDS meter you simply dip the TDS meter into a sample of the water and press the button. Detailed instructions are included with the TDS meter, please read these instructions before use.
