These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through our web site you must be able to accept delivery within the UK (excluding Northern Ireland & Isle of Man). We will treat each order for goods, as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to those specific terms and conditions relating to our site. The pages on this site are only directed at United Kingdom residents, and comply with appropriate UK legislation and regulation. If you apply for any product or service detailed on this web site, these Terms and Conditions should be read.

Alterations
Kurion Technologies Ltd. reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove or cease to supply any product or service contained on this web site.

Disclosure of information
We do not sell mailing lists to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the advertised price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or if due to an error or omission. We will inform you at the time of order of the correct price.

We accept the following credit cards & debit cards:

On the order you must provide us with your billing address and telephone number which must be the address and phone number your credit card or bank has on file for you.

We also accept cheque payments, if payment is made by cheque the goods will not be despatched until we have received cleared funds.

Availability of Goods
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 7 days of order placement. If payment has been made by card then it will be refunded back to the card, cheque payments will be refunded within 10 days.

Returns

Should you for any reason be unhappy with any of the products supplied then please let us know within 7 days of delivery. When you contact us we will give you a return reference number, please write this on the parcel to be returned. We will then either replace them or offer a full refund. We are happy to pay carriage costs on items that are faulty, however should you just change your mind and wish to return an item then standard delivery costs will apply for delivery and return. The goods must be returned to us in the same condition they were received.
